Return Policy:

All products are considered final sale at this time. Exchanges and or store credit will only be granted if product is damaged or contaminated from our facility. Items that are damaged from carrier mishandling  must be handled directly with them. Customer must provide photos and submit to sales@protectivenourishment.com within 24 hours of carrier delivery date and time stamp as per tracking. 

 Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note, store credit will expire 1 month from date of return completion. Store credit may only be redeemed once, as a "final sale".

 

 

To process returns, please see the following steps:

  1. Please contact us at sales@protectivenourishment.com to begin the return process. Any preauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Please provide your email, order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Please include all original packaging with the products.

Phone Orders:

PN Inc does not process orders over the phone. Please use our merchant system to process your order.  Rest assured, Protective Nourishment does not share personal information with third party vendors. 

 Loss, Damages and Carrier error:

 Pn Inc. will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by carrier, during transit or delivery.

Additionally, PN Inc. is not responsible for theft or loss of items including but not limited to:

  • Carrier error (ie:delivery to wrong address) 
  • Recipient's address not having adequate security
  • Recipient's address not having a proper holding area (apartments, condos, etc.,)

In order to be granted a refund or a replacement, the carrier's insurance must first fully complete the claim and issuance of reimbursement to PN Inc. 

Shelf Life of all PN Creams, Serums and Scrubs.

Due to some of the ingredients in PN products being perishable in nature, customer understands that all creams, serums, and scrubs must be kept in dry and cool environments. Additionally, these products must be used consistently on a daily basis to achieve its respective effectiveness. Failure to utilize PN products properly can lead to product contamination.

 

 Consultation Policy and Idemnification 

Protective Nourishment Inc. and all its personnel are not medical professionals.

Any consultation given is considered opinion based. Results are not guaranteed.

Customer further understands that certain ingredients may cause reactions to the skin. 

By checking out and completing sale, customer idemnifies and agrees to hold Protective Nourishment Inc. and all its personnel harmless should any skin reaction or medical conditions arise.

In lieu of Protective Nourishment’s Consultation Policy, any reviews made by customer on any and all media outlets that impact Protective Nourishment negatively, shall be subject to legal action.

By checking out, customer agrees that PN'S policy has been reviewed and accepted.
